There\\u2019s no two ways about it,\\u201d Boyd says. \\u201cWhen you, as a taxpayer in the state of Texas, can\\u2019t utilize your own property because of the massive wave of people, it is an invasion, and that\\u2019s exactly what it is.\\u201d
